What is the Return/Exchange Policy?


CreamJewelryBest accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via telephone at 888-422-2488, email , or via our customer support chat line. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Some Solid Gold items may be subject to exchange. Please contact our customer support team if your Solid Gold item is eligible for exchange. Apparel is returnable within 14 days of purchase, if it is in unworn condition with the tags attached.

*CreamJewelryBest will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if CreamJewelryBest were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry, or article of clothing.*

There are NO returns on CreamJewelryBest Customized Necklaces. If you would like to make an exchange for a different length, there is a 25 USD handling fee. These products are guaranteed under our One-Time Return Policy- CreamJewelryBest will repair the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. There is a 49 USD repair fee if you should encounter any future problems. Once a custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.

*Restocking fee of 25% will be applied for all refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.

*Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
